The Harry Potter Nostalgia!
I am a big fan of this book series and the movies and I know that thousands of people would have written about them and you will get as many proper critic reviews on this as many you want because internet is full with them, But I am not here to do critical analysis on this I am just here to share my childish, yet heart to heart thoughts.
I know I am an adult and you people will think am I stupid to read it now when I am in my 20's but I don't think Harry Potter series is children's book even in it's Wikipedia they said its young adult's book and I think anyone can read it even if they are in their late 80's. So I just finished the last part Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows a few hours ago and for facts check its my third time finishing this series. My brain was full with happiness, sadness, joy, relief, anger and many more emotions that are unlikely to express( I should tell you guys that I'm a very sensitive person which I think you already figured it out :D ).So I have to take few hours break and relax it all and then start writing(I am a very bad writer). Harry Potter was a treat for me, I can watch and read this book day and night with-out any break and still not get bored of it. Every character of this book is amazing, I love each and every person even Voldemort except one lady ''Professor Umbridge'' (I think you are agreeing with me now and nodding your head in Yes). I don't know why but I feel more hatred toward this women more then the main villain. I am not saying that the writer didn't write it well, it's just she has written it exceptionally well that I genuinely wanted to kill that emotionless, cruel professor.
Ron, Hermione are the bestest friend anyone could wish for. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley are adorable and lovable. Fred and George oh they are super entertaining and I was crying when Fred died, it was one of the time in book when I felt like I personally lost someone very close in my life. Ginny was cute. Luna and Neville are the best couple made for each other type. Dobby, I desperately want this character to come true along with Dumbledore. AHHH.... Dumbledore he is like a grandfatherly figure for me who makes us feel safe, adore and protected, I just love him and want him in my life. Sirius was a perfect Godfather. Draco his parent, Bellatrix, Griphook (the goblin), Dudley. Vernon, Petunia, Filch, Crabbe, Goyle everyone was perfect. Lee Jordan was the funniest commentator, made me language out loud, cute. Professor McGonagall excellent teacher you want to look up to. Hagrid and I share one common trait, emotions, like he, I get too attach with people. Professor Sanpe, he was the most shocking character of all book, we all were used to of hating him but he just change the whole game in the end, that was the wicked plot twist.
Nearly Headless Nick, the Fat lady, Sorting hat Great characters. Last but not the least how can my writing could be complete without writing about Hogwarts school itself, the most magical and most wished school by every harry potter fan or every youngster. 'I wants to go to Hogwarts" is the common line we all speak while reading it. Last year, I was in Edinburgh, I saw the coffee shop where J.K Rowling used to sit and write this magical world and I was in awe of the place. The city Edinburgh itself has this magical element, the architecture, the buildings, the whole vibe of that place was something else for me. I especially went to London just to see the Kings Cross 9 3/4 station and it was surreal. There is Harry Potter shop there as well. Holding the wands that was held by the characters was by far the incredible feeling I have ever felt.
Isn't amazing how J.K Rowling have written the most magical book with just her imagination. Hats off to her....
Don't forget to share your thought with me, it would be nice know your memories attached with this book. Thank you.
Until next time..
